Cascina Castagna is a vineyard in Piedmont, Italy, with guest accommodation in holiday apartments on the vineyard.

Cascina Castagna is located near the village of Calosso in Piedmont.  Piedmont is known as Italy’s gastronomic capital,  with the famous truffles, Slow Food and great wines like Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Moscato d’Asti. With its mountains, castles and vineyard covered hills, Piedmont’s magical landscape has always been one of the region’s greatest attractions.

The hosts, Hilde and Morten, originally from Norway, bought the vineyard in 2009. Since then, the oldest part of the vineyard has undergone renovation. Today, two newly renovated holiday apartments, with a superb view over the vineyard covered hills, are ready to accomodate our guests in relaxation and comfort.
